Cupid’s Lantern (Small Version) Inspired by the classic Festive Lamppost, Cupid’s Lantern is a standalone romantic centrepiece designed specifically for smaller-scale printing. Both versions fit a 256x256x256 build plate. Important Note: This lantern is a unique model. While it shares a similar aesthetic to the Festive Lamppost, the dimensions are different—panes from the larger lamppost will not fit this version. Please avoid scaling down the large version, as this model has been optimised with specific tolerances to ensure everything fits perfectly at this size. Key Features

  • Dimensions: Approximately 18 x 18 x 30 cm.
  • No Glue, No Supports: Designed for a clean, snap-and-screw assembly.
  • Interchangeable Panes: Includes 6 different Valentine’s-themed designs.
  • Customisable: Features 5 attachment points in the base for ribbons, tassels, or charms. Printing Recommendations To ensure the best structural integrity and finish, I recommend the following infill settings:
  • Lantern Base: 10–15%
  • Lantern Top: 5–10%
  • Small Components: Minimum 15% Lighting Your Lantern This model is designed to house an LED Puck Light (up to 8cm in diameter).
  • Pro Tip: Search for "Under Cabinet Lighting." I highly recommend choosing a puck with a remote control so you can turn the lantern on and off without opening the housing. Most come with an adhesive back for easy installation.
  • Pro Tip: You can have the panes just plain white The build is straightforward and mechanical. Follow these steps for a perfect finish:
  1. Panes: Slide your four chosen Valentine’s panes into the side slots.
  2. Corner Rods: Screw the Base-to-Top threads into each corner. Note: The end with the longer thread must screw into the base.
  3. Light: Secure your LED puck light into the base.
  4. The Top: Slide the lantern top over the four corner rods. Ensure the panes sit snugly within the recessed slots of the top piece.
  5. Caps: Secure the top by screwing the four small thread caps onto the corner rods.
  6. The Loop: Insert the bar through the hole in the lantern top, then pass the threaded loop through. Secure it using the two dedicated caps.
  7. Decorate: Snap the four heart decorations into the sides of the lantern top.
  8. Hang: Pass the hook through the top loop, and you’re ready to display! Personalise it: I’ve included heart files in the kit, but feel free to add red ribbon, tassels, or string to the attachment points to make it your own. Congratulations! You’ve successfully built Cupid’s Lantern. Filaments used. Bambu matte pink, Basic maroon red, basic silver and basic white
  • Blank pane will be released in due course.
