I lost the reflector from my bike light. The reflector keeps out water, and also ensures that the light points forward while also using the case as a heat-sink.
Printed with Prusa MK3S+
- Print with the bottom down, using base-plate supports only.
- Glue a piece of aluminium foil onto the slope as a reflective surface.
- Glue a piece of acrylic or other clear plastic to use as a lens cover.
- Use thermal paste to connect the LED PCB to the casing
- I recommend gluing around the edge a little, to improve water-resistance
