Small simple tool to sand small parts. Dimensions: 100mm x 50mm x 40mm. The handle provides a more ergonomic grip and skewed sides allow it to reach narrow parts or sharp inner corners.

Instructions

Requires non-3D printed parts:

• 1x M5 Screw with low profile cap (15-27mm long)
• 1x M5 Nut

Despite it can be printed without supports I would recommend using a small support for the hole in the base part.

Print all three parts. Put M5 nut inside the printed “Nut” part. Place “Nut” inside “Handle” making sure that metal nut is on top. Put the screw through the hole at the bottom of “Base”, then through “Handle” with “Nut”. Turn the “Nut” until it will be tighten enough.
