This is a Silhouette Advent Calendar.

The Christmas scene is slowly revealed over the 24 days.

There is a slide box to store the slides in so that you can't see them until they are used.

Everything prints flat without supports and it could easily be scaled up if desired.

Printed Day 1 in gold and have fairy lights behind to show the stars.

Still have some stringing to clean up....but thanks for sharing! It'll be a big hit at dinner!

Just the frame now I found one wall work well and set the top and bottoms to 3 layers just to cut out the infill . This is so the inserts are smooth .

Kept trying to find a list of 'suggested colors' of each layer....so here you go (from the Vimeo Video):

Is there a trick to getting these slides to print with the correct thickness. I printed the background one first and it was just paper-thin and came apart when I tried to take it off my print bed.

This is very clever. I didn’t understand it at first, but I like it now that I do! I’m going to print one for my wife. (Big Christmas fan) I’ll need to print it and then spray paint it though. I don’t have all those colors of filament. :(
