Snappy Cat is the fourth creation in a series of Snap-Flex models by Mimetics 3D, and is available for free for a limited time.

**Snap-Flex Collection:**
This articulated fidget toy integrates the Mimetics 3D "Snap-Flex" joint. This allows Snappy Cat to both move smoothly, mimicking the fluid motion of living creatures, AND stabilize in a firm pose, providing a premium fidgeting experience. 

Each **SNAP** will resonate as a symphony of satisfaction to your ears, confirming your masterful manipulations.

**Snap-Flex Instructions:**
To Lock: Push Body Segments together
To Unlock: Pull Body Segments Apart


**Tolerance:**
To accommodate different printer settings and filaments, I’m uploading 3 different tolerance levels for Snappy Cat to ensure that you get the best fitting, most satisfying “SNAP” with each of your prints.

**Print Settings:**
0.2mm Layer Height
3 Wall Loops
3 Top Shell Layers
Brim Suggested
**No Supports, Print-In-Place at 100% scale** 
Printing any smaller may disable the Snap-Flex joint.

Printing larger than 100% will make the snap louder AND **harder to pop**, so be sure to do a shorter test print to make sure it's not **TOO hard to snap into place.**

These tolerances are TIGHT and you'll likely have to snap each segment a few times before it's loose enough to snap/unsnap easily. I recommend you use regular PLA or PLA+. ABS might be even better, but I haven't tried it yet.

Silk PLA is a bit softer and may not click as nicely. I'd also be more concerned about silk PLA holding up to the wear and tear.
If you print this in resin, please let me know how it turns out. I imagine you would need a more flexible/less stiff resin for it to work appropriately.

Saturn Desk Lamp

Greetings!

I'm excited to present you with my Saturn Desk Lamp. This unique piece is sure to add a celestial glow to your workspace.

Here's what you'll need to assemble this lamp: a lamp socket and a bulb. I personally prefer a multicolored LED bulb, but the choice is yours. Please note, i designed this lamp specifically for this lamp socked ton ebay. You can make your own version, it just involves more effort because the parts might not fit.

On to the print settings:
For this project, you only need to print the files which are numerically labelled.

Saturn: Opt for a 0.4 mm nozzle. Alternatively, set your print to a line height of 0.2 mm and a width of 0.4 mm. Be aware that the domes can be challenging to print. I recommend reducing the print speed to 50% when you reach layer 670. Use 100% infill with concentric infill, or adjust your wall count to a high figure, such as 40. For material, any basic white PLA should suffice. I've found that Sunlu White PLA+ gives great results. Please steer clear of matte or glitter materials as they won't produce the desired effect. The good news is, you won't need any supports!

Holder: Unlike the Saturn part, you'll need to print the holder with supports.
