Star Wars (Inspired) "No Combs Allowed" HueForge Chewbacca

Chewbacca, the towering Wookiee warrior, possessed a thick mane of fur that symbolized his proud heritage. However, this luxurious coat presented a unique challenge when it came to grooming. Chewbacca, with his large hands and massive claws, found it nearly impossible to handle a delicate comb or brush. The intricate art of tidying his hair was a task that eluded him, leaving his fur in a constant state of wildness.

Despite his inability to wield grooming tools, Chewbacca embraced his unruly appearance with an air of authenticity. His untamed fur became a symbol of his strength and individuality, matching his ferocious spirit. It served as a testament to his resilience, weathered by countless battles and adventures throughout the galaxy.

Chewbacca's companions understood and respected his inability to tame his mane. They recognized that beneath the wild exterior was a loyal and compassionate friend, whose bravery far surpassed any semblance of grooming. Chewbacca's unique charm lay not in his well-groomed appearance, but in his unwavering loyalty and unwieldy, yet endearing, nature.

I sliced this at a .08mm layer height in the Bambu Slicer.

This is my Earth Desk Lamp.

You will need a lamp socket, and a bulb. I like to use a Multi color LED. These parts will only work with this Lamp Socket from Ebay. (it has an EU Plug)

Print Settings:
You only need to print the numbered files.
Earth: Use a 0.4 mm Nozzle! or a line height of 0.2 mm and a width of 0.4 mm.
Domes are quite hard to print. I always slow down the layers at the top to 50% print speed (at layer 670).
Use 100% infill with concentric infill, or set your wall count to something ridiculous like 40.
Any Basic white PLA will do the job just fine. I used Sunlu White PLA+ if that helps. Don't try Matte or glitter stuff, it will not work.
No supports!

Be sure you have good build plate adhesion as he might jump away….

No seriously, the front legs have a slightly too steep angle, which can be hard to print if you do not have proper cooling and build plate adhesion. Other than that it's super easy to print!

Prints 100% support free.

Sorry for the file size and some not so sharp edges which are visible in the slicer. But it prints smooth and just fine.
