Ender 3 4.2.X Klipper printer cfg file

This printer configuration file will work with either the 4.2.2 or the 4.2.7 board with a pro or non pro ender 3 from Creality. I have both and this works on each. 
I run a quick bed level, more to just get the axis' home, then start the tuning process, then I dial in the bed after its tuned since this take time.
I suggest you tune your printer as well.
I start with a PID tune on the bed then the hotend. 
Continuing with e-steps (rotational distance in Klipper) and then flow.

Customizable Slow Feeder Dog Bowl

Included is the .f3d file so you are able to customize the dog bowl in fusion 360. All you have to do is edit the sketch to change the typography and slow feeder matrix. Alternatively I included a blank version of the dog bowl so you can add customization with a different tool like Prusa Slicer or Tinkercad.

3D printing is not considered food safe because the layer lines create spaces for bacteria growth. That being said there are easy ways to make 3d prints more food safe. Prusa has a nice video on this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-SKMdlegdU

TLDR: adding epoxy resin or polyurethane to a 3d print can prevent bacteria growth (another source https://formlabs.com/blog/guide-to-food-safe-3d-printing/ corroborates this). Polyurethane is considered to be completely food safe by the FDA.

5.9 inch diameter AC window vent to 4inch female duct adapter

This adapter lets you connect a 4 inch air duct with mass produced 5.9 inch window vents. This has flanges for locking into the window vent like the normal window vent cover and even has space for the vent bird guard/bug screen to be placed inside. You will need to sand off a few millimeter deep lengths of edges on opposite edges of the window vent plate hole in order to fit the flanges through for turning and locking in (black sharpie marks on the vent in the photo show the approximate circumference of the vent plate hole to widen on opposite sides). 

It locks into a 5.9 inch diameter A/C window vent plate and fits a 4 inch female air duct on the other end. 

It can be combined with a 4inch ball valve blast gate model originally by mattcoon on Thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5200188. Those files are uploaded as additional files here for reference.
