Can't find the piece to connect the head to the body.
I also couldn't find the ball joint piece, but I downloaded the parrot from the same creator (https://thangs.com/designer/quoiprint/3d-model/Parrot%20Minecraft-1343031), took the smaller of the ball joints, scaled the Y-axis from 10.49 to 16.37 (using uniform scaling), and got something that worked well enough
