A typical experience with chastity is what the community calls "turtling": your body naturally relaxes and retracts over the course of the day, leading to going down there to "re-seat" quite often.

The problem can never truly be eliminated but this design gets awfully close! The "inner" base ring sits around the base of the phallus, and then the outer shell traps the head. The space in between is larger than it seems- almost a hollow sphere -allowing an erection to fill that space by expanding outward to the sides, instead of pushing the cage away from the body.

How to Use

You will need two 6mm "magic locks" such as https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001BAWCEU/

Place the outer (largest) ring around your scrotum AND phallus, making sure it sits comfortably, and no skin is being pinched or stretched.

Place the inner (medium) ring around the phallus, and gently pull the phallus through it until the inner ring sits around the base of the phallus and the lock seats with the outer ring. Lock the inner ring in place.

Take a moment here to make sure everything is comfortable- move around a bit, again make sure nothing is being pinched or stretched.

Place the head of your phallus in the cap. The cap has a lock at the top that connects to the top of the inner ring, and a "tooth" that sits in a small divot at the bottom of the inner ring. Set the point of the tooth in that divot, then seat the lock, and as long as everything feels comfortable, lock the cap in place.

Side note: If you buy cheap "magic locks", they will most likely all be keyed exactly the same, which can be a convenient benefit, but these locks are also lower quality and wear down more quickly. Expensive "furniture locks" are going to be keyed uniquely, and generally will be of higher quality.

Is this escape-proof?

No.

If you really wanted to -- this is a problem with ALL cages; don't believe any marketing hype that says they have an escape-proof cage. Penises are soft, squishy, and stretchy, and can be pulled through very small gaps.
