1:144 R.A.F. B.E.2c (Early)

This is an unarmed early-model B.E.2c. Mid-production and late-production models are also available.
While the B.E.2c was a fine machine for the demands of 1914, it suffered in 1915 with the rise of the Fokker Eindeckers, and by 1916-1917 it was hopelessly outmatched by its opponents. So while we remember it today as a hapless victim of "Bloody April", the story is really that it was allowed to soldier on much past its natural lifetime when it should have been replaced in 1916.
