Thangs Bundle

The Commercial License Membership grants you permission to sell physical copies of my models, and also grants access to my design files with my permission to modify them as you see fit.  The only thing I ask in return is that you credit me as the designer anywhere that you sell the prints.

**Resale applies to physical prints only, sale or distribution of design files is prohibited.**

Some of my designs are fan art, and as such are sold at your own discretion. Designs that feature commercial logos or other copyrighted material will not be included in the Commercial License.

**By subscribing to the Commercial License Membership you agree to the following terms for Commercial Use:**

- You may sell physical copies of my models as long as you remain a member of the Commercial License Membership.

- The commercial license only applies to physical prints of models I have posted here on Thangs.
Sellers must not imply that the designs are their own in any way, and all listings of items must credit me as the designer within the post. Using the following format:

- Modification of designs is allowed.

- Modified designs still follow the same requirements as unmodified designs when it comes to designer credit. Your sales listings and posts should clearly indicate that the design is a "remix" "modification" or 'collaboration" and must still credit me as original designer using the format listed above.

- While I intend to provide design files for just about all of my designs, I reserve the right to withhold design files from any of my models for any reason. 

- These terms and conditions may be modified at any time.

**Promotional Marketing applies to physical prints, as well as images of prints and models only, sale or distribution of design files is prohibited.**

Some of my designs are fan art, and as such are to be used at your own discretion. Designs that feature commercial logos or other copyrighted material will not be included in the Commercial Business Partnership.

**By subscribing to the Commercial Business Partnership you agree to the following terms:**

- You may use physical prints, images of physical prints, and/or images of my models for promotional marketing as long as you remain a member of the Commercial Business Partnership.

- Upon cancellation of the Commercial Business Partnership all media, and all physical prints, must be discontinues from promotional use.

- The Commercial Business Partnerships only applies to physical prints of models I have posted here on Thangs.com
