The Grinch Middle Finger
Middle Finger is Back by popular demand in a Christmas Edition😅 I had many requests for this so it had to be done!
The hand is print-in-place - While printing it should be easier than the original middle finger (Which was also pretty easy) - all recommendations from the MF print are relevant here as well - Print slow, watch flows and so on...
Sleeve and Cuff are optional addition but it adds a lot to the looks :) You attach it using some glue - But don't glue the fingers from the bottom - just the sides.
Scaling: This hand has less mass than the original MF cause it's thinner and the default size is smaller, But the finger extends more. The finger this time has 2 walls so if you scale down - do not scale below 85% as finger will become a single wall. Scaling up should not be a problem.
3D PRINTING SETTINGS No supports 10% infill 2-3 walls Finger considerations:
If the finger wobbles:
- Use glue / make sure your adhesion is good
- lower speed
- Enable z-hop
- Check Z height make sure it's not to close to bed
if walls get fused:
- reduce flow / width of first layers
- make sure you don't have an elephant foot
- Randomize your Seam
