a tile for zack freedman's hextraction!!

will need a uhhh screw i forgot which one i used. i think it's like the normal flipper ones but maybe a little longer. also a small washer. assembly the same as a flipper. print both right way up you know the drill

Oh also, the diameter of the inside flipper is a bit large, and may benefit from a 1 or 2mm reduction. I had to sand and shave quite a bit of material to get it feeling loose. Hopefully this isn't too nitpicky, I just really wanna see this design shine!!

thanks so much for the feedback!! yeah i’ve found this to be quite finicky, mine worked first try but others that have tested have had less consistent. i’ll make some alternate versions of the flipper that are smaller + also work with the bearings. my uni’s 3d printer is busted at the moment so i’ll just upload them and u can try them out if u want. thanks so much again for the feedback!!!

Hey! This is a great tile idea! Think you could make a version that uses the same bearings as the Sozu tiles? I think it would benefit from a smoother action. It looks like you designed this piece for a 2x12mm (or 2x14mm) screw; I used a 2x16mm screw + 3 washers to make work semi-consistently. (Maybe some graphite would help too honestly... hmm.)
