**Clip holder for vacuum pump**

This clip holder attaches to the vacuum pump for the air-sealed bags sold by 3Djake.

I kept loosing the clip that closes the bags tightly shut, so I made a holder that

Made for Vacuum pumps with diameter of about 33-34 mm.

I think this pump is a generic rebrand sold by others - your non-3djake pump will most likely be the right dimensions as well

**_Assembly_**

A bit of glue will attach the holder to the pump. I used standard superglue.

Use a small bit of 1.75mm filament to create the 'washing line' in which to click the clip holder. (See picture)

**Replacement wheel**

The original wheel for the Elegoo Mercury X Washing Station was badly designed and people often had the plastic crack due to the stresses caused by the set screw and the servo motor being having been too aggressively tightened. 
This print should can be printed in PLA, but I recommend ASA/ABS. Sorry, no resin version due to the heated inserts.

*The redesign features a reinforced center and several extra beams to prevent the flexing that I think breaks the plastic in the first place.*

**Heated inserts**

I used heated inserts to replace the holes that hold the magnets and the set screw. Any M3 insert should do, but I specifically made them for m3x5.7x (such as the ones sold by CNCKitchen). Put the heated inserts for the magnets in from the ‘bottom’.

**Printing tips**
This is a pretty straight forward print, but make sure to enable support for the magnet holes - unless your bridging is on point.
