Vivi Wizard Deck Box
I didn't pull Vivi in my play box but figured he needed a home in case I pull him one day.
It features 100+ double sleeved card storage. You can also store a good amount of dice in the side pockets of the head. d20's are alittle tight but definitely fit and are easy to get in and out.
Printing- The largest piece is the hat. The dimensions are 211mmx211mmx184mm. So this file should be printable on most 3D printers including the ender 3. The hat does require supports on the inside if you want a clean finish on the inside of the card storage area. I printed mine without supports and it worked fine. I have added pictures of how it looks printed without supports. For the head I have separated the eyes so you can print them and glue them separately. I recommend brims on the eyes and possibly using supports. I printed them on my A1 with the bambu super tack build plate and I had no issues. I have added alittle coat for this guy in case you want to put one on him. It doesn't do anything special. Its just for aesthetics.
Assembling- I used CA glue to adhere the 8mmx2mm magnets into the deck box. I dry fit the magnets and pegs first to make sure everything lines up. I glue the magnets in one side first. Let the magnets dry. I used CA glue to attach the eyes to the body.
Magnet strength- I use these magnets from Bambu. I have tried ones off amazon and its hard to figure out what the strength is going to be these bambu magnets work well for me. https://us.store.bambulab.com/products/round-magnet?id=42424856477832
