- For the best bottom layer result (front face of the 3Dletter), slow down the initial layer speed to 30mm/s and the initial layer infill speed to 30mm/s
NOTE on FILE PREPARATION (for printing): The 3D letter really stands out when printed in two contrasting colors, which enhances its visual appeal. For the best effect, choose a darker color for the main/base color of the letter and any added name (if you decide to add one). Use the “paint” tool in your slicer software to apply a layer of 0.8-1.0mm of your chosen color to the front of the 3D letter. This technique highlights the design details and makes the letter visually striking. Our testing with various color combinations shows that gray is an excellent base color, pairing beautifully with most other colors.
