Compatible with select Ford trucks and vans 1992-2019.

I used this to repair a cable end on my 2002 Ford F-150 SuperCab (extended cab rear doors, upper latch cable).

Make sure to print it laying down with the snap notches pointed up. Supports are recommended. I used PrusaSlicer with on-bed supports only in PETG to make my repair.

This replaces Dorman 926-111.

Alpha version of a [bubbleponic](https://www.growweedeasy.com/high-yield-bubbleponics-technique) feeder for a top-feeding [deep water culture hydroponic system](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deep_water_culture).

This project will be evolving over time. Current iteration fits a 6" net cup.

Changes from v1 to v2:

- Eliminated net pot mounting ring to reduce amount of material and make adjusting the height of the manifold easier.
- Changed the inlet port from a straight fitting (~6mm) to what is approaching standard MIP 1/2" barbed fitting. I still need to enlarge this a little bit, but 1/2" flexible PVC tubing should work fine with a small hose clamp.
- Tested with a 550GPH pump.

Todo:
- A height-adjustable mounting solution.
- Enlarge the barbed fitting to fit more snug with tubing.


Future ideas:
- Make a parametric version to be able to build different size and inlet variations of this model.

A more sturdy replacement for the skirt on the Dewalt DWE6423 random orbit sander. Designed to be used with vacuum cleaner.

**_Note: This part was designed for TPU filament, since it needs to stretch onto the sander. It will not work with non-stretchy filaments._**

Usage
 
Simple

Download one of the pre-made STLs. They are 3.2mm (~ 1/8" thick). Print multiples and stack them as needed, or scale on the Z-axis with your slicer (every 100% scaling on the Z-axis will add 3.2mm (~1/8') to the thickness of the spacer.

Advanced (Parametric)

Open the model in OpenSCAD and adjust the following parameters as needed:

numberOfGangs specifies the number of slots in the electrical box (should select ≥ 1 to as many as your printer and/or wall box support!)

spacerThickness specifies the thickness of the spacer in millimeters

For example, the parameters below will build a 15mm thick spacer for a 3-gang electrical device box:

numberOfGangs = 3;

spacerThickness = 15;
