As a motorsport athlete i couldn't resist to make an F1 style trophy for the 3DPI competition.

This is my take for a motorsport trophy.

A flame trophy is my submission for the 2023 3DPI Awards competition.

3D Printing has become a hot trend nowadays, so i decide to design a simple and relative  trophy!

Every dirt bike rider knows what this thing is about. 

When you load your enduro or motocross bike on a trailer you have to put this part between the lower fork clamp and the wheel to prevent the front suspension to over compress. When a suspension remain compressed for to long (ex. during a long trip) leads to damage the fork seals.

This part comes in 3 pieces you have to glue together with a 2 part adhesive. You can customize the middle part with your logo or name engraved on it.
 
Printed on ABS filament

Setting: 0.60mm nozzle
               0.40mm layer height
               0.70mm line width
               250 C nozzle temp
               100 C bed Temp

A mario kart blue shell used as a house for my turtle Nami! 

Printed in a 0.60mm nozzle with esun ABS filament to last longer due to weather conditions.

settings: 0.40 layer height
                 0.60  line width
                 250 C nozzle temp
                 100 C bed temp

No supports needed, but if you want a smoother surface on the inside of the shell you can add some supports for the top.

Brush painted with acrylics.
