This is a computer case I designed for a server that I put together with some older PC parts. Its size is roughly about 262x202x339mm. I can fit 2 120mm fans one on the front and one at the back. Motherboard tray has built in standoffs. 3.5in hard drive can be mounted on the front of the case. It also fits a full size ATX power supply. I printed it out of PTEG, no supports required. It took about a 1kg to print the whole case. You will also need 52 M3 x D5.0 x L5.0 heat set inserts and M3 x 8 screws.

Does it fit a 360 mm aio on top?
Your custom-designed computer case sounds fantastic! The inclusion of space for 120mm fans and a full-size ATX power supply is impressive. Using PTEG for the print and requiring no supports is a great choice. For even better performance, consider adding PC & Server Memory/Pc3 12800/256GB-DDR3-1600MHz to your setup. It would definitely enhance your server's capabilities!
