This is a plate and cover designed around the Cobra breakout board. It is designed in 3 parts. The "base plate" which houses the board. The "top plate" which retains the board. And finally the cover which snaps on over the entire assembly. It is designed to allow the main signal wire to pass through the top slot and the side slots are for the ignitor wires.
Needs 4 screws (#4-24 X 3/8") to attach top plate to base plate and then 2 screws (whatever size you want) to attach the entire assembly to your board.
This was design on a Bambulab X1 Carbon and thus has very tight tolerances which should allow for very little movement once fully assembled. It prints well in PLA but I recommend PETG as it will stand up to the sun and possible impacts/being stepped on better.
Recommend printing at 0.2 layer height with 3 walls and 3 top/bottom layers. 25% rectilinear infill gave the best balance of strength while still having a little flexibility to make the cover easy to install and remove.
