Here’s a new 3D printable lamp design I created! It’s super easy to put together—no tools needed—and fits a standard E14 light cord (I used the IKEA Strala). Some of my favorite features are the closed bottom, which lets you tuck away any extra cord for a clean, clutter-free look and the satisfying snap and twist lampshade attachment mechanism.
Use LED lightbulb to avoid overheating!
To ensure the threads print successfully, make sure to print the base and lid with a max 0.2 mm layer height and use the ARACHNE wall generator. The design is optimised for 0.4 mm nozzle.
