Then looking at horizontal rotary things, that's usually about the part away from you. So under the table. "Clockwise/counterclockwise" does the same. Then tightening the screw lowers the table and loosens the gap between the nozzle and the filament. Lefty Loosy squashes the filament tight.
It's a mess.
