file-handle-10in
Simple file handle for 10" files (specifically a Nicholson 10" Mill Bastard, but adaptable to any sized tang).
Just print two copies of the half-handle and one each of the clamp blocks (per file).
The ferrule is made from a 3/4" length of 1/2" EMT conduit (cut with a hacksaw or, preferably on a lathe, but be sure to deburr carefully).
Print in two parts. The groove is to prevent glue squeeze-out. The 2mm holes are for bits of filament to aid alignment.
Slide on the clamping blocks (+ side to rear) to clamp securely during glue-up.
Printed in ABS, 1.6mm walls (4 perimeters), 18% infill, 0.2mm line-height.
