4 hooks on a single base with recessed areas for 3M/Scotch indoor mounting tape that is 1/2" wide. Each hook cell is identical so feel free to trim down or patter out as much as you like. As uploaded, it should be good for about 3 pounds total (wall adhesion quality dependent).
