DuEnder End Switch Mounts
For my DuEnder project, I decided to keep the original creality board, which in my case has TMC2208 which can't do sensorless homing, so I needed an endstop solution. My case is a little special, I am still using the v slot rollers for the X axis with the original X gantry (for now), but I am using MGN12 rails for the Y axis.
For the Y axis, I used the built in Y axis limit switch mounts from the DuEnder MGN12H Edition remix
I attached the XY Axis Bumper to the back of my 2020 extrusion in order to activate the limit switch.
For the X axis, I designed a small bracket that is attached with the v slot roller bolts and holds the switch just above the X axis. The X axis bumper then installs on the Y carriage and is used to activate the switch.
Assembly is fairly straight forward. One small thing to not is that you must add a washer between the switch mount and the v slot rollers or they won't spin smoothly.
the XY Axis Bumper mounts with M3 bolts and drop in t slot nuts. The X axis bumper mounts on the Y carriage where an M5 bolt and a t slot nut are. You still use the t slot nut but you'll need a 12mm bolt instead of the 8mm bolt.
