- To connect more, you must print one bowtie pin per base model.
- Oriented for maximum strength.
- If you need to scale, you must scale uniformly.
- The only parts that will need support are the dovetails on the cap and base, and the underside of the bowtie pin.
- I would use abt 15% gyroid infill for everything, and at least 2 walls.
- If dimensions are a problem, the Base and cap are 8" long, by 2" tall. The Base should be 1/2" thick, and the cap 13/16". The screw holes are 1/8" Diameter. All pins should be 2" long.
- I would recommend putting support blockers on the screw holes.
- Pictures show how it should look when assembled.
