Remix of @JLCURTIS excellent Biqu H2 mount, this time for the Ender 5 Pro.

This remix shifts the Biqu H2 by 13mm on the X axis to reclaim some print bed space. I've increased the BLTouch mount clearance as it was still impinging on the drive belt crimp. I've also added another mounting screw as the centre mass has moved further away from the original mounting screws and was causing the mount to flex. I’ve also made one or two other minor tweaks.

To drill the hole then remove the Ender 5 Pro carriage plate and use the new mount to mark and drill the new 3mm hole. Its quite tight on the X Axis homing switch so just watch that and adjust as required.

The added benefit of this remix is that it increases the clearance between the BLTouch and the cooling fan, hopefully giving improved air flow.

BiQU H2 Mount for Ender 5 Pro Carriage

After seeing Stefan's video 
 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Soz8z-vAIw on how to use a Volcano  to improve printing speed I thought I try this on my BiquH2 Extruder, To enable me to do this I designed and printed a new fan duct, bracket and BL touch spacer. 

Watch the video and then if interested buy a Volcano nozzle and print the new fan duct, bracket and BLTouch spacer (if fitted). 

The Volcano Nozzle is 8.5mm longer than the standard nozzle fitted in the BiquH2 so use two M6 copper nuts to help extend the  heat sink. The nut(s) will need reducing in thickness to allow the nozzle to tighten onto the heat break. I also reduced the diameter of the nut adjacent to the heater block so it fitted through the silicone sock. I did this by mounting the nuts on a bolt and then used this in a drill to rotate against a file.

Sanding Mouse. Utilising 125mm hook & loop orbital sanding discs.
I've created 2 versions of the sanding mouse. This one is the shorter of the two and primarily for sanding projects that are a bit more detailed and it's easier to use on it's side.

Print using TPU to give a nice hand feel and a little bit of flexibility. The TPU is also durable and I've not had any issues with melting etc.

Use sticky back 20mm Velco tape to attached the sanding discs to the mouse.

Suggested Printer Settings. 

0.6 Nozzle with 0.4 layer heights and 10% Gyriod Infill.
4 walls and 4 layers top and bottom.

Vax Onepwr Battery Charger Mount

The battery charger supplied with the Vax Onepwr cordless vacuum cleaner does not have any holes to mount it, just feet to stand it on the work top. This is quite annoying because you can't unplug the battery one handed.....

VERSIONS:

There are 3 versions; 

  -V0 is the original with one of the screw mounting holes slotted (after I struggling to get the one I printed level) 
  -V1 basically the same with a slight embellishment to match the charger profile. 
  -V2 The same as V1 with the screw mounting holes in the other face. If you print this version then don't forget the cable fits through the slot so some thinking about that aspect s needed.

PRINT PARAMETERS:

•	0.6 Nozzle (0.4 Nozzle should be fine, adjust layer height accordingly)
•	0.4 Layer Height
•	4 Walls and 15% Infill
•	Print on the slotted face with no supports.
•	Print the main part in PLA with the PAD (x2) ideally printed in TPU and glued, however, if TPU is not available then PLA should be okay.

Vax Onepwr Battery Charger Mount

Remix of eight_heads BX version https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4682915/files. This was done primarily for the Ender 5 Pro but will fit any BIQU H2 installation.

This version gives 360 degrees of cooling. I've also remixed the mount so that its slotted for height adjustment and also off-set from the hot end so the heater cable can run up the front of the extruder. This also allows better airflow for the extruder cooling fan.

I've also included a spacer/gap adjuster (2mm) which can be placed under the fan duct to help support and set the gap and keep it parallel to the bed while making the final adjustments and tightening of screws. Carefully use terminal commends to raise the bed until Z0 position is reached with the spacer in position, then nip the screws on the mount, fit the fan and tighten. Finish by lowering the bed and removing the spacer.

  -0.2 Layer Height
  -3 Wall and 100% Infill
  -Print in PETG as a minimum due to closeness to the heater block.
