Vax Onepwr Battery Charger Mount
The battery charger supplied with the Vax Onepwr cordless vacuum cleaner does not have any holes to mount it, just feet to stand it on the work top. This is quite annoying because you can't unplug the battery one handed.....
VERSIONS:
There are 3 versions;
-V0 is the original with one of the screw mounting holes slotted (after I struggling to get the one I printed level) -V1 basically the same with a slight embellishment to match the charger profile. -V2 The same as V1 with the screw mounting holes in the other face. If you print this version then don't forget the cable fits through the slot so some thinking about that aspect s needed.
PRINT PARAMETERS:
• 0.6 Nozzle (0.4 Nozzle should be fine, adjust layer height accordingly) • 0.4 Layer Height • 4 Walls and 15% Infill • Print on the slotted face with no supports. • Print the main part in PLA with the PAD (x2) ideally printed in TPU and glued, however, if TPU is not available then PLA should be okay.
