At some point in your life, either as a curious child or as a committed parent you've dreamed of the best beach toy set: one that is compact, functional, durable, pretty, space efficient, and has everything you need. 3D Printing enables us to turn our dreams into reality and that’s precisely why I designed the Sandy Fun Kit! It is 8-in-1! 

- Shovel
- Rake
- Bucket
- Watering can
- Sieve 
- Starfish-shaped box that doubles as two separate starfish molds

Most importantly all of those fit together nicely into the watering can and are easy to carry around thanks to its handle! 

**Printing :**
 
0.2mm layer height

0.4mm layer width

5 top/bottom layers

3-5 Walls (Feel free to go crazy when printing parts such as the shovel)

30-50% Infill

The sieve is meant to be printed with 0 top/bottom layers and with an infill pattern like honeycomb or grid. 30% worked fine.



I used mostly ABS to test these parts, but I'd recommend printing them in PETG or ideally ASA, because both offer great UV resistance and the necessary mechanical and thermal properties. Also, PETG has great layer adhesion which makes it a great choice for the bucket and the watering can, both of which need to be somewhat watertight. (Afterall water bottles are made from its close relative PET)

You may notice that there is a bit of space left inside the Bucket. That's your opportunity to add even more things to your Sandy Fun Kit! It could be a floating benchy, a sand-ball mold, a boomerang, or anything else! Let your imagination free and upload your creations in the remix or make section, for others to print! 


I've also added the parametric Fusion 360 files in case you'd like to easily adapt the current design to your needs by changing the values in the parameters table.

This is a simple Heart-shaped gyro keychain which should print easily on most 3D printers! It would also be a great present for Valentine's Day! I hope you like it! Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

This Catapult attaches to your BIC Pen just like the cap does and allows you to throw paper balls around 5 meters away!

I made this for some friends of mine so that we could play in class and they loved it! It is compact, yet powerful. 

You can use it to launch small projectiles at a target (e.g. your friends or a bin) Keep in mind that you should not bend it too much to avoid breaking.

I printed mine in Prusament PC Blend Natural but other materials should work too.

I've designed it in Fusion 360 parametrically so you can import the .f3d file into fusion and easily change any value you want!

With the new amazing Batman movie coming out I just felt like I had to try and recreate the updated but still iconic Batarang. I designed it based on pictures of it I could find online. I printed it in Prusament PC-CF because that's exactly the filament the Batman would use!

My dad asked me to make him a mug holder for his POÄNG Chair so that he can enjoy his coffee and that's exactly what I made! The inside diameter is 79.5mm. It clips firmly onto the chair with the help of the two clips I have added which help keep the holder in place! I hope you enjoy my design as much as my dad and I appreciate any feedback! #custom

These puzzles are a great way to spend some and learn a bit of geography! Additionally the 3D texture makes them accessible to visually impaired people too!

You most likely are accustomed with Sliding Puzzles but for those who are unaware they are a combination puzzle, usually made from wood or plastic, that challenges a player to slide pieces along certain routes (usually on a board) to establish a certain end-configuration. The pieces to be moved may consist of simple shapes, patterns, sections of a larger picture, numbers, letters or in this case maps! The pieces cannot be lifted out of the frame or rearranged in any way, except by sliding them into an empty space. But how is this achieved? Well, the blocks cannot fall because they have a built in angle that allows them to interact with the frame and the other blocks simply by sliding.

There are few print files you can find:

A 3x3 Treasure Map Puzzle
A 8x5 World Map Puzzle
A 4x4  Greece Map Puzzle
FullyParametricSlidingPuzzle (.f3d/.step). These allow you to import the design into your CAD program and edit it like you would any other design of yours! If you import it into Fusion 360 using the .f3d file you'll also be able to take advantage of the fully parametric nature of the design, meaning you can change the number of blocks, their sizes, clearances etc. simply by changing the values from  Solid > Modify > Change Parameters. Make sure to check out my tutorial linked above to easily add new pictures to the map.
For those who like to use Tinkercad or don't feel like messing with the design much I have also added a 3x3 and a 4x4 puzzle without any image or map as .stl files for you to add whatever you like on top of!
Still I would encourage you to follow the instructions and design your own puzzle from scratch, as that experience is far more rewarding and educational!

Print Directions
You can print them in any material you feel comfortable with and at a layer height of 0.2mm or finer.

Additionally, I would suggest making a colour change before the map texture to really make it pop out!
