My name is Julie, I am the owner of NerDIY Studios, fueled by caffeine, a wife, a mom of 2 kids, and working on making this business a full time venture. I started 3D printing and designing cookie cutters and cake toppers in 2020. As I've grown and learned more, I have ventured into more organic modeling.

Everyday I learn and grow in what I am capable of designing and I look forward to putting out monthly models; themed and otherwise. Some will be sculpts and some will be articulated/flexi-pieces.

Meet Kip the Knight! He's brave, strong, and not so great with a sword. Honestly, he was supposed to be a King's guard until they tested his fighting skills. They felt it was best he was in charge of shining the shields instead of being on the front lines. Unfortunately, Kip created mirrored shields which worked well for blinding the enemy, except it also started brush fires in the camps. Kip has had a bit of a difficult time fitting in, he's always been...different.

Tested from 100 - 60% with no issues or supports required. I highly recommend a brim for 80% and less. Smaller prints might be weaker, and prints larger than 100% would likely require supports due to overhangs.

Available in 3mf and STL for multicolour or single colour printers.
