This is a replacement for cardboard filament spools that I made to work with my Bambu Labs AMS unit. The AMS doesn't work well with the cardboard spools a lot of filament comes on; the drive rollers slip and can't rewind when it tries to change to a different roll, generating errors and stopping prints. And while I found a number of spool winders here for transfering filament between spools, I couldn't find any spools. As I also didn't have any left over empties at the moment, I hopped on Fusion 360, and designed this. The File comes in two parts that screw together, and can be printed at a .2 layer height and 15% infil with no supports needed. I printed these on both a Bambu P1S and a Ankermake M5 with no issues with standard settings.
