pic18f45k22 enclosure, for the hinge M4 screw supposed to fit or you can push a rod through it. 40mm long rod is fine, for the screw take longer.

because this board have a static electricity problems the base design calculated with an anti-static bubble-wrap under it (for the top just stick it there and everything is fine).

i added the .sldprt file so you can add your name/writting on the base walls or the top of the lid. the file is a bit messy since solidworks gave me a crap so i did it the long way.

support is not needed but for the lid hinge it can help for rigidity, and for the holes in the base. but really it depend on your printer ability.
