These are modified bottoms for 2040 extrusion used in the widowmaker electronics drawer mod. I modified from here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3826077
and opened one side for room of the drawer t-nuts. I also shrunk the hole in the center to 6mm to work with the Voron feet

Printed in asa but anything else should be fine. 

Widowmaker Drawer Feet Ender 6

The two files are for the top and bottom of the ball screw mounts. 

Top Mount:
make sure side piece is faced down to connect to the side extrusion. I used some washers and t-nuts to mount them to the extrusion. The top block should sit perfectly on the mounts if your ball screw is tall enough. I used M5 screws to connect the block to the mount and M4 screws for the side extrusion.

Bottom mount: 
I installed this first. it should slide over the bottom block like a sleeve. you will need long M5 screws to secure it to the block. I always use washer when securing. The top part of the mount that you secure to the extrusion is open so you can adjust to how you like. I used M4 screws and t-nuts for this.

Before doing a final tightening of all your screws make sure everything is aligned to your needs. 

Ender 6 Top and Bottom Ball Screw Mount

This is a modified chain mount to work with the DDX v3 that is using linear rails on the x axis. The two models are for the front and rear mounts.

Installation:
Place front mount on backside of stock plate using m3 screws. use short ones as that is all you will need. Make sure you cut the tab on the inside of your cable chain that will be connecting to the front and back for full movement. The stock lid sold by creality is compatible with these mounts. They will keep the chain more level compared to the others out there were the rear seems to be shorter in height as compared to the front. 

Ender 6 DDX Chain Mounts

This is a z axis linear rail mount for the Ender 6. I have added some supports for the bed rails to make the bed more sturdy than it currently is. It is also much easier to adjust the bed once you have everything lined up.

What you need:

T nuts: m3 x8 - for the top and bottom of the mount including the side
screws: m3-12mm x 16 - to connect to the linear rail carriages.
screws: m3-10mm x 24 - to connect to the carriages and T nuts for the bed rail

Linear Rails: 2 carriages mgn12h 500mm rails

Just duplicate the model for both sides.

you will want to install the rails first. the rails should be installed on the slot closest to the bed on the 2040 extrusion bar. When setting up the mounts I placed the screws in first to make things easier. I used a magnet to help hold the tnuts that will go in the indent that has the extrusion guides. It makes it easier to thread on. do not push the mounts all the way to the cross extrusion bar as i left space for movement to adjust based on if you are using a lead screw or a ball screw. When tightening the screws that have the tnuts on them i started on the top bracket then did the bottom bracket. 

Ender 6 Z axis Linear mount V3

This is a z axis linear rail mount for the Ender 6. I have added some supports for the bed rails to make the bed more sturdy than it currently is. It is also much easier to adjust the bed once you have everything lined up.

What you need:

T nuts: m3 - for the side of the bed rail
T nuts: m4 - for the top side of the bed rail
screws: m3-12mm x 8 - to connect to the linear rail carriages.
screws: m3-10mm x 2 - to connect to the bed rail and T nuts
screws: m4- 10mm x 2 - to connect to the bed rail and T nuts

Linear Rails: 2 carriages mgn12h 500mm rails

You will double the parts above to install the right and left side. Just duplicate the model for both sides.

I found removing the 2 screws under the bed that connects to the lead screw makes everything so much easier. also disconnect the bed heater and thermistor connectors. Before installing the rails I highly recommend cleaning and lubricating the carriages. you will need more t nuts and screws to connect the carriages to the frame. use the slot towards the front to put the rails on. once you put the mounts on the carriages and have your T nuts in place slide the bed in and make your adjustments as needed. once you have it dialed in put the 2 screws on the bed frame back in and tighten the 4 T nut screws on both sides to secure the bed frame. i secured the top first to adjust my pitch of the bed which brought up the front end more to make my bed more level.
