This block is almost perfect, but the slot for the calipers is like a millimeter too short. The inner-diameter caliper fingers (the shorter ones) scrape on the inner walls. I can work around this by sliding it back and forth to make it scrape a rut into the block, but the calipers are still very firmly held in the slot and it means that I have to rip the whole block out to get my calipers.
Hello, I uploaded a new version with the longer slot. I didn't lengthen it at first because I didn't really trust my printers dimensional accuracy. Thank you for confirming the tolerance.
