LPE25 Clampless Quick Connect Male and Female — No Clamp Required

The original Quick Release Head (LPE25-H00) uses a pipe clamp to secure the hose. This is the clampless version — the 2.5" hose threads directly onto the head, no clamp needed. Cleaner, faster, and one less hardware item to deal with.

The hose connects by threading onto the head, engaging with the corrugations of the hose itself. This means it only works with a specific left-spiral hose — see the compatibility note below. If you're using a different hose, stick with the legacy LPE25-H00 and a pipe clamp.

Both versions remain fully compatible with the rest of the LPE25 Quick Connect Exhaust System — the clampless head connects to the same connectors, rings, and accessories as the original.

No additional hardware required.

Hose Compatibility

This head is designed specifically for the left-spiral corrugated hose listed below. The thread pattern of the hose engages directly with the head. A right-spiral hose will not work.

If you are using a different hose, use the legacy Quick Release Head (LPE25-H00) with a standard pipe clamp instead.

How It Works

• LPE25-H03 is the female head — it mounts to your exhaust port or LPE25 component and the hose threads onto it
• LPE25-E83 is the male connector — it glues to the receiving end of your connection
• Together they form the same quick connect and disconnect as the legacy system, with the same free rotation when connected and the same one-handed operation
• Built-in print supports are included — remove all orange sections after printing

Compared to the Legacy Head

• LPE25-H00 (legacy) — uses a pipe clamp to secure the hose, works with any 2.5" hose
• LPE25-H03 (clampless) — hose threads directly on, left-spiral POWERTEC 70240 only, no clamp needed

Both are valid. Choose based on your hose and preference.
