Holds 11 cables, from thick USB 3.1 to tiny earbud cables. I have gone through several iterations of the design so that it is easy to drop a cable in, and it is easy to remove a cable. Taking a cable out does not accidentally knock it's neighbors off.
Designed to be zip-tied to semi-standardized wire shelving (could also be Command Strip'd to wall or other flat surface).
requires 2x M3 x 12 or longer screw and two M3 hex nuts to assemble.
Highly optimized for FDM printing: no overhangs with angle-to-vertical greater than 45 degrees, and very short bridges. This is a very forgiving design to print. Can be printed with tall layer heights and as fast as your printer can go.
With a 0.4mm nozzle, 3.2mm layer height, 210% extrusion width, 80mm/s movement speed, and 15mm^3/s volumetric speed, I was able to print this design in 1.6 hours on a completely stock Prusa MK3S.
I have included .3mf files with my exact settings, so if you have a Prusa MK3 you can open it in Prusa Slicer, close your eyes and hit print.
