This is the Fallout 3 inspired T45-b Power Armour helmet which is wearable for cosplay.

The dimenions of the helmet is 395mm x 315mm x 310mm when printed and consists of 54 individual files that can all be individually printed in a 200mm x 200mm x 200mm print volume. This means printing, assembly is easy even on the smallest printer.

The parts all key together with printed keys and only requires superglue to assemble. The files will come with a print list to tell you how much of each part is needed.

The only parts that are not included are the ribbed hoses that go from the front to the back of the helmet and the small hose from the nose to the side. This ribbed hose can be a vacuum cleaner hose and the smaller hose I used some small diameter silicone hose.
