After getting my soldering set I looked for a tool box that would hold all I need for my kit. The cases I found allowed only to hold the soldering iron and nibs, but nothing else.
I need to be able to take this with me, so I needed not only the soldering iron, but solder, wick and flux for the repair jobs I do outside my workshop.
This is fairly big to hold everything, but fits everything I need. Two 6mm magnets are used to keep the case closed. Two M3 screws to hold the hinges.
I will probably update this at some point. I am very new to 3D modeling. I see areas I would like to improve, but not sure how at this point. The holders for the magnets is sized 6.2mm, but my print I needed to use a drill to make it fit still. So depending on your tolerances you probably will not need to do that.
The step file is included so you can revise for your needs.
