Backstory I kept losing caps as I used my Stanley screwdriver over time. Even the caps that don't get lost easily pop off.

I designed this one in Alibre Design. I wanted to make new caps and ones with a tighter connection to the screwdriver.

Print Recommendations I printed it in PETG, especially for the one with the clip, because it needs to be less rigid. Also, print with the cap top on the bed with the hold pointing up. With the additional walls from the new revision, it is advisable to increase the vertical walls to where the sides have no infill. Using a 100% infill may also help with strength/rigidity as well.

Hardware/Assembly Information It should be pretty straightforward. Just push the caps onto the screwdriver. There are two different ones, so depending on whether you need a clip or not, print the one you require.

Usage Recommendations Use, as you would typically, should have a stiffer connection to each end, primarily if your screwdriver was used for a while and worn a bit from popping off and on over time.

Version 3 Revision Despite the previous revision (with the clip area having some changes to improve rigidity and strength), it still had some flaws. The new version has thicker walls up to the area where it connects to the base on both cap and cap with clip to make it stronger and less able to be smashed. The cap with a clip has additional thickness to help with reinforcements to hopefully prevent ripping off the whole top of the cap if it gets caught on something.
