This is a berd air mod for the Voron 2.4 or any printer than uses an AfterBurner print head.

Print each part using standard voron settings .4mm nozzle/extrusion width, 4 perimeters, 5 top and bottom, 40% infill. The included parts are compatible with the mosquito and dragon hotends. You can re-use the back for the toolhead mount.

You will need 3 barbed fittings -- 6mm OD 8-1mm thread. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Z9R3P9X/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Having an 8-1mm tap would help, but the threads on these fittings can be threaded into the plastic printed threads with some convincing. You will also need 5m (approximately) of 6mm ID, 8mm OD silicone tubing, don't get 1/4" ID -- the wall is too thick. Notice the little piece of tubing is used on the intake of the berd air pump. Pumps vary in quality, I've tried pumps from Amazon, and they're not very good. You can either get a kit pump from berd air supplier, or a quality pump from aliexpress or ebay (check reviews), the one I am using is from trianglelabs -- 24V version. (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001870469069.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dnHlhOq) It is on the noisy side, but blows a lot of air, and is efficient. If you have a way to test -- the pump should use .3A unloaded at 24V, if it uses more, it's not good. Unless your printer is running 12V main supply, go for the 24V pump, it will run cooler and quieter. Note: the pumps that are official berd air pumps that come with the kit (https://the-makerhive.myshopify.com/collections/berd-air-products/) tend to be the quietest, stock availability varies though.

The exhaust housing uses ECAS04 bowden coupling. You can get them here https://www.amazon.com/Imdinnogo-Extruder-Pneumatic-Straight-Filament-5Pcs/dp/B092ZGBC1M/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=ECAS04&qid=1637078513&s=industrial&sr=1-2

I suggest getting a small mosfet for the pump -- a din rail mount for it is included. (this is the one I used: https://the-makerhive.myshopify.com/products/e-z-switch-pwm-controller) If you got the kit from makerhive, it will be included. The pump mount is printed out of TPU, the rest can be ABS, I printed the hotend mount out of PC, but that's not necessary.

None of the parts should require support. If you oriented the part so that it does, check again. The fan mount is most import part. After it's printed it serves as the radiator for berd air, make sure air passes freely from the intake threaded port to the 2 exhaust ports. I attached a couple of neopixels to my fan mount with epoxy, there is room in the model to route 28 awg wire from the neopixels out to the cable chain. If you built a stock voron, and upgraded to a mag probe, and this mod, you will have 3 extra wires in the cable chain -- that's enough to add neopixels to the fan mount. The spacer cover can be printed in the accent color if you like. The spacer is in 2 parts to make it light. You will need 3mm OD thin walled copper tube https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082FF8K22/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 ( I am using .2mm version)

The most efficient tubes are 23mm with 2 2mm holes at 13 and 18mm Here is the drill guide

https://thangs.com/kazolar/Voron-24--Berd-Air-Drill-Guide-37507?manualModelView=true

The long end is inserted into the Fan Mount. Crimp the short end closed.

Rotate the tubes to have the holes at an angle to concentrate the air immediately under the nozzle.
