Mermaid Scale Cuffs
The 3MF file has been updated with a version that has rounded edges instead of straight edges for the elastic band.
This model is for a Mermaid scale cuff, measuring approximately 75mm tall, and either 120mm, 150mm, or 190mm wide. These have holes in the side of them to insert an elastic band, as shown in the photos. I've printed these face down on a magnetic PFLAT sheet - available through my store at https://kaizen3dprints.com/collections/p-flat-plates.
Like my other prints, there is a pause inserted after the first layer is finished. Place your desired fabric after the pause has been initiated, and resume the print after you have placed magnets to your desired tension. I like using a powermesh, but nearly any fabric with a mesh grid should work.
I added a small strip of fabric, attached to the backside with permanent fabric glue, before I threaded the elastic band through. I also doubled the ends of the elastic band and used fabric adhesive to bond them together so they don't slip out through the slots in the cuff. This is what I used https://www.michaels.com/product/10mm-rainbow-mix-elastic-cording-9ct-by-creatology-10709949?michaelsStore=9805&inv=4
The rainbow multicolor effect is achieved with 2 AMS units paired together.

what filament colors did you use for this mermaid cuff
You have several file options for download, per print. Which is the one to download to have the print set up you use in the file? stl step fbx or obj?
I will have the STL files listed individually, with a 3MF file that has my saved fabric print settings. In this case, there is a 3MF file containing all three sizes of mermaid scale cuff, in addition to 3 STL files, S/M/L
