My name is Daniel Bettencourt, owner of Kaizen 3D Prints, located in the Pacific Northwest. I am a full time massage therapist turning into a full time 3D textile designer. I currently print with 11 Bambu lab machines (A1, P1P and P1S), 1 Elegoo Neptune max 4 and a Peopoly Magneto X.

Kaizen 3D Prints is about pushing the boundaries of 3D printed fabrics and textiles. I work with cosplayers, fashion designers, and high-end brands to create works of art, both functional and fashionable. I love helping others' imagination come to life with the use of 3D design, patterning, and printing. Located out of our home, I live and breathe this passion for 3D fashion. Our only limit is our imagination!

This model is restricted by licensing terms. 

There are three versions

Version 1 if you'd prefer no clasp or jump ring - This just has flat sides

Version 2 with the jump ring holes that are closer to the top of the sides

Version 3 with holes that are designed to fit the Chicago style screw fastener listed below (https://a.co/d/eJTBKzu) This is my preferred method. I like using these chains https://a.co/d/3KFetnQ

In addition to a new pattern, this offers a different design for magnet placement. This allows the clutch to open much more at the top, while still maintaining some structure.

There is also a template you can print out for cutting your fabric that has two hole options depending on the print that you choose, both in STL and PDF format (A3 and A4 size)

This is printed at .24mm layer height. There is a pause command inserted at layer 2 to add the fabric (two variations now have the pause at layer 3), and another pause at layer 14 to add 10 magnets that are 10mm x 2mm, all facing the same orientation.

There are holes at the top of the clutch for either jump rings or Chicago style rings to attach your strap of choice. More details can be found in the attached printing guide.

This is intended to be printed face down on a build sheet that offers some effect, but the textured effect can be just as cool. I like using tri color silk PLA with these, with the bottom layer as concentric - Check out what different bottom layer patterns create!
