I would infill less than 100% to get more squish, fully filled model is a bit too hard. If you have the right equipment, print with softer TPU or even TPE. 

Tested to be watertight and fit very well. 

1964 Dodge Reverse & Taillight Gasket

This is a trim clip for the silver/chrome trim that runs the length of the car. 

Originally printed for my 1964 dodge dart gt. The clips slide into the rails and press into the holes on the body. They are robust and even reusable, a few times anyway. I usually print 50 at a time out of PETG and and 0.2 mm nozzle (Super quality on Cura) - this gets me a sturdy clip that still slides in the rails. 

DODGE PLYMOUTH A BODY TRIM CLIP

This was originally designed for my 1964 Dodge Dart GT - so the glovebox may vary a bit. 

I would print in PETG with no supports (overhangs end up fine) and clip off the tiny support rods at the top. 

Print 2 of the flat plates, then glue it all together like legos. I did this because my printer is too small for the whole thing.
