This is the tube piece to go with the Dead Frog Chalk Bag crochet pattern. It is used to keep the chalk bag's drawstring 'scrunch' in a firm central position when pulled shut. Without this part (or something of a similar shape) it is likely that the drawstring opening will pull to the side when tightened shut.
