This is the most over engineered thing I've ever built. I just hate all the space that a tissue box takes up on my desk. Elastic is an easy stich to do with or without a machine. The elastic can be anything up to 25mm wide but I used much less than that and it has no troubles. The tissue box I designed around is 96 x 108 x 220mm but it could easily be scaled to accommodate weird sizes. I have updated the screw holes from what I printed to be easier to install.
