D4 through D20 Spinner dial

The idea is for a pocket d4-d20. There are 2 styles, one style should fit bearings in the center, which will then fit over the shaft, the other is made to be purely 3d printed.

There are also 2 different top/bottom pieces, with and without an indicator flag.
