Scale long dimension, in your slicer, to match short side for 4"x4" posts.

You can use any % fill, layer height, etc. Filament and time are your only constraints. Mine took 14 hours and is heavy so the wind does not blow it off. No adhesives were used.

I used Silk Copper PLA, (does not tarnish, but when my wife waters the yard mud splashes onto them).
