This Halloween I wanted to create a "improved" version of the Mickey Jack O Lantern, with actual Mickey ears rather than pumpkin "ears". You can insert any light you desire, whether it be the small flickering candle lights, or DIY LED (circuits) etc, all will look great, the brighter the better.

--- The main 3D view is the final look (for preview purposes) --- This Mickey Jack O Lantern Pumpkin has few parts to print separately with different colors to achieve the final result. Print the pumpkin and the ears separately.

I've created an 'insert' to go inside I recommend printing with a yellow filament to go inside the pumpkin. Many jack O lanterns you are able to see the actual light bulb through the pumpkin carving, the insert is to resemble the pumpkin's interior and to hide the light you'll put inside.

Printing instructions/ recommendations : The pumpkin: supports below the nose and the mouth, 6-7mm skirt

The ears: I've separated them to so they can be printed with different color, I recommend black to be accurate. I cut each ear in half so it has a a flat surface to place on the build plate, after printing, super glue the parts together. Supports: on build plate only-- to support the insert 'keys' that goes into the head.

The ears should fit snug on the pumpkin, so it is entirely up to you if you like to glue the ears onto the pumpkin.

The Insert: simply super glue on the bottom part of the insert into the pumpkin and you're all set. you can print the insert with a skirt as well.
