It's designed to be printed in different color changes to achieve the final result, if you want you can print it in one color and paint later. This is the filament color change configuration if you print with 0.2mm layer with Cura Slicer: 0 to layer 13 (0 to 2.6mm) = Light Skin 14 to 17 (2.8 to 3.4mm) = Black 18 to 21 (3.6 to 4.2mm) = White 22 to 25 (4.4 to 5mm) = Red
