I'm not a morning person, so things are a bit blurry before coffee. Recently, I started taking pills, one every morning when I wake up. I created this model, and it works great. Whenever I question myself, I just take a look. I made an Excel sheet for easy printing but can't upload it here, so I'll just share a picture with the formula. I assume something like this already exists somewhere.
